Pumpkin Patch
We went to a pumpkin patch with Mom and Dad and a wonderful weekend. It was cold but so much fun. We bounced, slides, tractor rides, hay rides, climbing, etc...
The night before we had dinner out with mom and dad at Copper River, just adults, it was a nice evening out. The food was great.
Thanks for the great weekend.
Pumpkin Carving
We carved pumpkins! I will try and post a picture of the finished product later. But we had a great time!

Natural Bridge
It was a beautiful day Saturday and we met Mom and Dad down at Natural Bridge. We had wonderful time walking around and enjoying the weather and each other. I love how Simon clung to Isaac! I loved watching Janna be independent on the wiggly bridge and posing for pictures. The kids loved that Grandma and Papa brought candy and Halloween goodies. And doing something different.
Creepy Critters
Last week, I took the kids to our library for a Creepy Critter show. They loved it.
There was a snake that took 7 kids to hold, tarantula, scorpion, rat, cockroaches, huge lizzard. The rat kept pooping on the stage. The scorpian glowed in the dark. The spider was very hairy. The kids petted the snake.
The kids had a good time. I am glad I took them, even though I really do NOT like any of these animals.

The little things...
It is the little things that make me smile and happy.
For example...I love how Isaac will bring me sweddish fish or coffee and donuts to brighten my day. I don't need big gestures but they are nice at times.
Recently two common little things have made me smile and I thought I would share them with you.
Simon whenever he sneezes, says " bless you" to himself. I love it every time.
Janna says "mines" instead of mine. I should correct her but it so cute.

One Proud Momma
Janna is doing great in first great. She still answers, " It is awesome. I love it!"
Her teacher is wonderful. On Monday mornings they get little chocolate kisses to start the week out right.
Janna has gotten 100% plus the bonus on all three spelling tests. She loves reading and learning new words.
This is one of her latest assignments. I love how she sounded out 'anything' (in -e-thing).
I am so proud of her and all her hard work.
