Prince and Princess

Janna dress up herself and Simon so they could dance. Simon has fought me for years and won't wear a button up shirt for me but he did for Janna, handkerchief and all. She even combed his hair, another battle I have with him often. I had to sneak this picture because he didn't want me to take his picture.

Weekend

This weekend we had some fun! We went to story time at Joesph Beth and read about pirates, went on a treasure hunt, and made pirate hats.  We had lunch at Panera.  Then, we went to Mad Potter and painted pottery. Then we went to Orange leaf for ice cream. It was a fun day together as a family.

Missing : Two front teeth

Janna has now lost both front teeth.

Swim time

We have been playing in the water a lot on these hot days.

Wedding

Isaac and I went to a friends wedding this weekend. My mom came down and played with the kids while we enjoyed re-united with old friends that came in town for the wedding.
It was a beautiful ceremony and reception. The cake was delicious and so was the food.
Isaac and I both enjoyed catching up with the Johnson family. I used to work with Melissa.

Lost Front Tooth

Janna lost her first front tooth Saturday. She has a toothless smile!

Monster Feet

The kids have been wanting to make these for awhile but I had to get four tissue boxes first.
They had a good time making them! Simon took great care making sure every part of the box was covered. He and the floor were covered with glue and blue but it kept him busy.

Rainbow Jello Pudding Pops

This was on our summer fun list. The kids had fun making it but neither one like them. We are going to try again without the food coloring.

We also make Nutella pops...which I didn't get a picture of. Janna liked them but she was the only one. They were okay for me.

Late Birthday Celebration

I also got a cookie cake that I forgot to get a picture of and it didn't last very long.
I also picked out a great outdoor chair for when I play/watch the kids.

Late Father's Day

Isaac is home and opened his Father's Day gifts. Don't mind the tired look, he is very jet lagged because of the time difference. He got three cards because we all couldn't agree on one.
