Greenfield Library Time

Monday morning we went the library and explored! They had a great children's section.

Pumpkin Carving-IN

Monday afternoon we carved pumpkins on the back deck. Simon wouldn't let us put a face on his though. This was the first time we carved pumpkins with the grandparents!

Fall Break-Saturday

We went to a parade and got a little bit of candy and then walked around the festival. There was lots of both and fun fair food:)

Mom had a room ready for the kids complete with bedding and their own blankets in their favorite color. The kids loved the beds. They felt very special!

Family Fun Night

Tonight was Family Fun Night HoeDown at Janna's school. They were to dress like a cowboy/girl. I had no idea we had this outfit, she put it together herself and I found the pink handkerchief. It was fun but very crowded and I am not sure they knew what to think. They enjoyed the free balloons, but both popped before we got home. There was a huge tracker they liked checking out. They liked the free popcicle. They both picked out a book from the book fair. Janna picked a my little pony magnetic thing and Simon a disney sticker book but he refuses to take the stickers out and put them on the shadow. They had a petting zoo but the kids had little interest in that too. It was a fun night!

I just love how she posed for me. My cute little cowgirl!

Papa (aka my Dad)

We tell the Papa’s apart by who has hair and who doesn’t. We are sure where Simon got this but he very often says Papa’s hair blew away. When talking about Papa he always mentions that his hair blew away. Sometime he will touch his and say my hair won’t blow away it is stuck.

This weekend my dad was carrying him outside a craft fair and Simon was looking very closely at my dad and my dad asked him what he was looking at. Simon says, “Papa you do have a little hair up here” and then started petting them. My dad laughed so hard.

Isaac and I were out on a date, but I wish I could have seen this moment.
