The 'bug' got us...

We have made this far with no doctor appointment for the kids but that ended last week. Janna was having lots of stomach problems so we took her in. It is just a virus according to the doctor and after talking to a few other I think it is going around, we just had it first. She is feels better for a couple days and then it comes back. She is very tired. I am hoping this week it will go away for good. Lord heal her little body.

Isaac is fighting a cold/ sinus's now too.

I just keep the laundry, caring, cuddling going.

Valentines Day

Ohhh it has been so long. I have been busy with life and work and have not taken the time to write. Isaac and I celebrated Valentine's Day Saturday afternoon thanks to my mom and dad who came down to watch the kids. We got coffee, shopped a little, saw a movie, and then had dinner. It was a great time out, we were probably out too long making mom and dad leave late. We are very thankful for them coming. The kids had a blast playing with them.

On Monday night we gave the kids our gift. Janna got a unicorn pillow pet and we got Simon a tiger backpack pillow pet. They are very soft and the kids like them.

Prayer

Simon said he first prayer last night. Janna has been talking and understanding God and I think Simon is starting to pick up on it.
Last night laying in bed he says: help my belly feel better, dear God, amen.
I was so proud of my little boy. I don't think he fully gets it but nice to see him understanding more.
