Haircut

The before picture but I little bit longer.

Simon has been refusing a haircut because he likes to "shake" his hair. We convinced him a little haircut would still let him shake it. We wanted him to look cute and be able to see on his upcoming birthday.

Simon did NOT co-operate. He screamed til his faced turned red while I held him on my lap (with no cape) and Isaac moved his head occasionally while she snipped around his ears. He has no interest in the movies or fun chairs. He screamed ouch ouch even though it didn't hurt. He usually does great but not today. After his nap he told me he was bad and cried when cutting his hair. At least he knows what he did was wrong. The lady cutting his hair did a great job, I have no idea how but it turned out good.

Janna's mini Manicure

During Simon's hair cut, Janna got her nails painted. So pretty!

School Supplies

Saturday we went out and got school supplies for Janna. This doesn't include the teacher's wish list that we should receive soon. Simon picked out a few supplies for himself at home.

Weekend

Last weekend we went to visit my parents. We went to my cousin's wedding on Saturday and were there most of the day.
Cute favors at the Wedding. Mark just opened his own garage.

The first dance!

Then on Sunday my mom and I took the kids to the Zoo. It was hot but fun. We got to see the animals we missed last time. We rode the train, had an icee and soft pretzel, played on the playground. We saw the snakes and elephants again. We saw the penguins, baby chickens, giraffes, loud monkeys, and goats. I didn't take the camera but just enjoyed the time. The kids were very well behaved and my mom treated them to a gift from the gift shop. Simon got plastic snakes and stuffed baby elephant. Janna got a pink penguin and squirmies.
We played in the pool on Saturday and Sunday. We all had a nice time:)
